Custom aero extensions
Holding an aerodynamic position for the full duration of an event is one of the hardest challenges in endurance racing. Speed matters, but comfort is what allows you to stay aero from start to finish. That is where truly custom equipment makes the difference.
Since 2022, CPC equipment has been used at the highest levels of the sport, winning medals at State, National, and World Championship events. This includes elite Time Trial World Championships in Glasgow and UCI Gran Fondo ITTs in Denmark and Australia. CPC equipment has also been used across IRONMAN events worldwide.
Comfort starts with understanding your body. Key pressure points, range of motion, and biomechanical limitations are assessed and integrated into a position and equipment design that delivers the most aerodynamic solution possible for your event.
Every CPC extension is shaped with purpose. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is used to optimise the aerodynamic profile of all components and mounting hardware. Nothing is cosmetic. Everything earns its place.
Construction
A carbon fibre core combined with industrial-grade carbon-reinforced plastics and nylon creates lightweight, organic aero shapes. This approach is lighter than 3D-printed titanium and allows rapid iteration when refining your setup.
All time trial extension systems are fully compliant with UCI regulations.
Cooling
All CPC extension systems use Ultra Cool Tech cooling padding. This system actively draws heat away from the body for improved comfort over long durations.
Aero bike computer mounts
Todays sleek aero bike can be let down by ugly, flimsy mounts for bike computers, lights and other accessories. While some bike are amazing except for some odd little after thoughts that make them look ugly and hard to maintain.
Our aero mounts are 3D printed from highly durable carbon-reenforced nylon, our mounts provide strength where you need it with a uniquely sleek, aerodynamic shape. They fit seamlessly into your aero bars and won’t flex or move mid-ride like some manufacturer’s adjustable designs.
Available for Factor and Vision integrated bar-stem combos in sixes to fit even the very largest bike computers.
